It started with the Creative Cloud app. It would start to install DW and then hang at the end. I did receive online line help from a rep, however they had to remote install the software. I will commend them for all their patience, but this took the better part of a day. In the end we had to do it in safe mode. I have a fair amount of Adobe products installed. From the disks it has never been a problem. I understand that this is all about ensuring people pay for their software. I support that 100%. Software pirates ruin it for all of us. But we need a better system that does not punish the paying customer. Other companies I deal with such as for vst instruments and fx have figured this out. I have 2 dongles that store licenses; seems to work just fine.

Could you post what sort of problem you were having? Perhaps the method in which you were installing and any error messages if any?

After rebuilding my PC from scratch the problem is fixed. Whew!
