Reinstalling my Creative Suite Apps after computer crash

After my Mac Pro crashed, I had it fixed and restored and I have since lost all of my Creative Suite apps (Photoshop, Bridge, etc.). I believe I had the CS4 edition. I also believe that I do have the correct serial number for license. How do I go about reinstalling the apps again?
