    Troubleshooting GPU Acceleration

I have LR6 with GPU enabled however I use MSI Afterburner to monitor my graphics card's usage and it is always at 0% when using lightroom, converting RAW to DNG or exporting JPG's. Why is my card not being utilised and under what scenarios does the GPU get used?

I've noticed the 2nd last line has "not available". Is this the problem?
