Hi all, I am currently installing the photoshop cc but it stucks at 91% for like 3-4 hrs. Is it normal? How should I proceed? Appreciate your help and feedback

Please tell us which OS version are you using so that we can assist you appropriately. Kindly check if you have Photoshop  installed on your machine.

OS X 10.9.5 . No, no photoshop installed

If its still stuck on 91% please relaunch Creative Cloud and initiate the installation.
