Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately I am going here around circles. I have clicked on the link you sent and opened the png screenshot, although the only option I get to contact support team is through the chat. This is the screenshot of what I get on my screen:
As you can see there is no option with the call what makes it much more difficult for me. I have also done a screenshot with the page with my membership details, where you can see there is no button that I can click to cancel my membership:
I would be grateful if you could have a look at it for me. Maybe there is a phone number that I could call from UK and cancel my membership that way.
In the screen shot you have attached it shows that you have a free Creative Cloud membership, which you do not need to cancel as it automatically expires in 30 days.
Just in case you have paid for the membership please sign out of the website and sign in with the correct email address on it and check.
- Go to https://www.adobe.com/account.html and sign in with your Adobe ID. The My Adobe page is displayed.
- To sign out, click your name in the top global navigation bar and then click Sign Out.
