Please give these a try, one at a time until you have success:


Restart the machine.

(1) try deleting the files from the temp folder and then restart the machine.

Win: C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Local\Temp OR %temp% in address bar.

Mac: /Tmp

(2) Close conflicting processes or applications

(3) Try to have full control (Permission)on temp directory.

(4) Try to create a new Admin account and try to install it.

(5) Try moving the downloaded files to the desktop and then install.

(6) Uninstall the Visual C++

Can you let us know what version of Mac are you using? Are you getting any error messages? Can you attach a screenshot of what you see?

Do you have the latest version of the  Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop from here:  Creative Cloud desktop app

Did you ensure your system meets the requirements for the programs you are installing?System requirements | Creative Cloud.

I've been having issues all day as well. I'm running Mac OS X Yosemite (10.10.4). I've attempted to download and re-install Lightroom and Photoshop CC a number of times today. The Download gets to 41% and then stops. I'm getting frustrated with this as it worked just fine on Wednesday the 29th.
