Been dealing with this for well over a year. First on my Win 7 Machine. Now on a 1 week old Windows 8.1 machine with cc 2015.... Was able to get it to work after a reboot a couple days ago. But nothing gets me past this message now.

Please follow the "Connectivity Troubleshooting" steps mentioned in this KB doc. Sign in, activation, or connection errors | CS5.5 and later, Acrobat DC.
You can also refer to this thread Please connect to the internet and retry. for help.
Couple more reboots and it worked for some reason. Hope some year the creative cloud app will get cleaned up.... I appreciate the speedy reply though!
