Encountering Error 46 multiple times.

I have tried to download creative cloud app six times but keep getting error 46 which says try downloading again. Obviously downloading multiple times is not working. Is there a REAL solution?

Please open below link and try to follow solution 2, renaming the OOBE folders might help sometimes. I would also suggest you to disable the Anti-virus for a while.
