    Adobe DE Authorisation


      I have just updated my pc to Windows 10 from Vista and am in the process of reinstalling programmes etc. I downloaded the latest version of Adobe D.E. and attempted to authorise. My email address was recognised, my password wasn't so I used the reset process. I have now authorised my computer, but I no longer have books in my library (all were DRM protected), I can’t move books to my Kobo, existing books on my Kobo don’t open; error message “please sign in with authorised Adobe ID”. Help! Thanks.
