How do I find my serial numbers for LIghtroom?

I have my LR catalog on an external hard drive.  I used mac (Air) with Yosemite OS.

I recently had to do a clean reinstall of my mac and now when I try to access my LR catalog I'm told I need to enter my serial numbers. But in other places on Adobe's website it says this is an error message and to ignore it. But I dn't know how to get around that screen. HElp
