Can anyone help me? I have installed Adobe Bridge but it closes unexpectedly. It will not work. If I crate another account and install Bridge, it works fine. Adobe customer service tell me ita an Apple problem but I wonder if it can be fixed by me? I am running Yosemite version 10.10.4.
Any help or advice will be greatly appreciated.
Did you tried providing Full permissions to Adobe folders under both System and User Libraries ?
Also run Disk Utility once , then verify and repair disk permissions.

Thank you for the information. I know customer service altered the permissions etc but I do not think they went as far as replacing the preferences. I will give that a try and get back to you one way or the other.
