Just bought and downloaded Premiere Elements from Amazon. Product installed just fine. When i try to open it and start a project, it prompts me to sign-in. When i click the sign-in button, it acts like its loading for a while and then shows an error informing that i have no internet connection, when i do. I mean i just downloaded it from Amazon from Gods sake! Ive tried restarting my computer multiple times and still nothing. Anybody know whats going on? I just upgraded to Windows 10. Is that the problem?
What computer operating system is involved?
Can I assume Premiere Elements 13 on Windows 7, 8, or 8.1 64 bit computer?
Assuming that is the case, the please download and install the Adobe Application Manager
Do not be stopped by the Version being given as CC. It works for Premiere Elements. See this as a solution when this happened in Premiere Elements 12/12.1.
If that does not work, we will probably explore getting installation files from a different source and then have you insert your purchased serial number into them and see what happens.
Go through the following scheme

reinstall with the new installation files with antivirus and firewalls disabled.
