Updates will not install after reinstalling on my laptop. Keeps saying my serial numbers are not eligible for updates.

My laptop was having issues and I had to clean it and reinstall everything. I have had issues installing updates ever since. What can I do? I have chatted with someone on the support and they told me come here. I haven't found any answers to my issue.

Which updates are you trying to install?

The serial number you have is for which CS?

I am assuming they are regular updates.

The serial number I have for CS5 is: <Removed by moderator>. The serial number for Acrobat 9 is: <Removed by moderator>. And the serial number for Photoshop Lightroom 3 is <Removed by moderator>.

The serial numbers provided by you are valid and are educational serial numbers.

Where are you downloading the updates from?

This is what happens when I open the updater. I am downloading the updates again and can take a picture of that as soon as the error message comes up if you need.
