My laptop was having issues and I had to clean it and reinstall everything. I have had issues installing updates ever since. What can I do? I have chatted with someone on the support and they told me come here. I haven't found any answers to my issue.

I am assuming they are regular updates.
The serial number I have for CS5 is: <Removed by moderator>. The serial number for Acrobat 9 is: <Removed by moderator>. And the serial number for Photoshop Lightroom 3 is <Removed by moderator>.

The serial numbers provided by you are valid and are educational serial numbers.

There is an icon that come up on my laptop and states that there are updates available.

This is what happens when I open the updater. I am downloading the updates again and can take a picture of that as soon as the error message comes up if you need.
