Adobe Digital Editions with touch support for Windows 10

Hi,

Really looking for a touch enabled app for Windows that can view Adobe DRM eBooks on my Surface Pro 3.

I have found Overdrive but it doesn't support PDF versions and unfortunately a large percentage of eBooks from my University's online library are PDF format (as well as ePub)

Any ideas on development or release for an official Adobe product for this?
