Its seems to be some technical glitch as some of our customers are experiencing the same issue. Stay tuned, will let you know if there is any update on this issue.
In the mean time try to sign out of the Adobe CC application and then sign back in.

As stated by Aadesh, this is an issue on which investigation is going around. The CC that is registered to you is active & has no billing issue, you can a;so contact Adobe support Contact Customer Care
I'm on trial version of Photoshop because of this same issue and it will expire in 30 days although my subscription ends in November. Creative cloud is unusable by my team at the moment, from 100GB we were switched to 2GB. That's pretty bad...
I know you are looking into it but how much time do you estimate until this issue is resolved?
Stop selling it then. Adobe is following the path of Quark. Hope you'll go down like them.
Hi , I am told that creative cloud gives 20GB of storage , but I only got 2GB . I've subscribed last few days now. Please help
