iMac camera not working in Flash (камера iMac не передает изображение)

When accessing a webinar portal, Flash settings recognize my camera, however, no image is being received by flash from the camera - just a gray box.  I uninstalled and re-installed Flash - no effect.  Below is the screenshot of the issue.  Can anyone provide instructions on how to make the camera work with Flash?  There is only one option in the camera drop-down - the one that is displayed.

Пытаюсь вести вебинар, Flash видит мою камеру (в выпадающем списке на изображении выше только один этот вариант) но, как видно из снимка экрана, изображение с камеры не транслируется.  Как это лечится, помогите!  Flash уже был переустановлен - не помогло.
