Not a disk, but you can purchase Creative Suite 6 (InDesign CS6) for a one-time purchase and one-time electronic download. But that is a very old version of InDesign.
However, you may not understand what the "cloud" of Creative Cloud actually means.
You don't have to have constant internet access. Once you have signed up with the Creative Cloud subscription, you download the software you need to use. Then, once a month the software looks for an internet connection and re-activates the product.
BUT, if there is no internet connection, the software gives you a grace period to get connected. This is important if you're traveling with no internet connection.
If you pay for the Creative Cloud monthly, you get a 30-day "grace period" for the software to wait for an internet connection.
If you pay for the Creative Cloud once a year, you get a 99-day grace period.
So as long as you can find an internet connection sometime (and you must be able to or you wouldn't post here) you can use the Creative Cloud
