We deleted a file from the Content>Shared Content section and then tried to add a new version back in. If we use the same name we get the "There is already another item with this name. Please try again" error. If we use a different name it works. So even though we can't see it, Adobe Connect still thinks it exists. This problem was identified Friday. Monday morning the problem still exists, but Monday afternoon it seems to have resolved itself. In the future, how can I clear this problem quickly? Also, is there a better way to replace content.?
