I have the web premium cs5. I am the original owner. I got a new laptop and installed the apps, no problem.
Went to retrieve updates, but there were errors.
Checked account for registered products and it doesn't show up.
Tried to add the serial number. Got message: Already registered.
Would like to update cs5 apps is possible. Please help.
