After Effects can’t continue: unexpected failure during application startup

Whenever I start up After Effects CC (downloaded from Creative Cloud, trial) it gives this error. "After Effects can’t continue: unexpected failure during application startup"

Alright, what I got from that post was that a patch will be released soon for 10.11.
