I'm trying to download an old purchased copy of CS4. When it asks to "Save File", nothing happens. My computer does not respond and therefore, doesn't "Save the File". I don't get a chance to download CS4. I even went to the alternate method of downloadin

I can't download CS4 which I purchased years ago. It won't "Save File" to the computer and it won't download the CS4 file directly without saving it to the computer. What is going on here? s CS4 no longer available?
