I downloaded a free trial of Adobe Lightroom. After my trial was over, I purchased the software. I have been using the software on my computer, but when I attempted to open the program tonight, I received the following message: "Lightroom will open with reduced functionality. Please go to Help - 'Manage My Account' to purchase a membership to continue using Lightroom." I then clicked "OK" and received the following message: "The Lightroom catalog named "Lightroom Catalog" cannot be opened becuase another application already has it opened. Can anyone explain what this means and how I can correct this issue? When I open the Task Manager, it does not show Adobe Lightroom as being open. Thank you for any assistance!
Please open Creative CLoud and Sign out of it from Preferences
Then Close Lightroom Sign back in Creative Cloud.Does it now says "Buy now" or Open next to Lightroom CC 2015?
