Is there any particular error error, the serial number is 24 digit number.

As I stated, I am trying to install program.  I have initialized the program, with setup.exe (disc 1).  Have set-up an account with user ID and password.  Then I am asked for serial number which is supposed to be either on the box or disc sleeve.  Can't find it or what I enter is NOT accepted.  Just tell me where the heck this serial number is!!!!!  Thank you.
