I have checked your account details and the issue is coming up because of the licenses under your account for the Adobe CC individual and Adobe CC teams.
Please Contact Customer Care where they can help you with the deactivation of 1 license completely and then your other license can be functional.
I am not wasting time to contact costumer care ma'am... there should be no issue because the Adobe CC teams license has been cancelled since last year... poor excuse Adobe!!!!

Clint your team subscription is cancelled but your Adobe ID is still stuck to that cancelled license.

I have the same problem. The support says I'll have a solution in 2 or 3 days, but I am late for a lot of work. If someone has a solution...
A temporary fix is to create a new adobe account with a new email address, and start a new creative cloud subscription. You can cancel within 14 days and get a full refund. At least you'll be able to work until adobe fixes the problem. Don't panic if you see your creative cloud files folder is empty when you login with the new account - the old folder is hidden on your system, just search for one of the documents you've been working on and you'll be able to locate it.
