I am trying to install my Photoshop Element 10 onto my new computer running Windows 10.

I am trying to install my Photoshop Element 10 onto my new computer running Windows 10. It loads everything up to 10 organiser and at this stage i get a message "Rolling back the installation of elements organiser the after taking out all the installation it says Wizard interrupted before completely installed  Shared Technologies failed to install.

Can anyone help me please
