I know this question has been discussed here before, but, hopefully, I will manage to solve it without involving the customer to contacting Adobe Customer Support.
The situation is simple:
Our customer has one Adobe ID which he control 2 VIP agreements with.
One VIP agreement has active paid users and the other has only expired trial users. The customer is not intending to use or manage the second (trial) VIP, so he just wants to cancel or remove it.
What is the procedure?

I have checked the VIP ID provided by you.
I was not able to pull up any relevant information related to this.
Please send me the Adobe ID under which this VIP was purchased in a Private message.
