    Lightroom 6 failing to register


      I can contact Adobe on my p.c. but when it comes to the recently installed DVD version of LR6 contacting Adobe to register I get a message to connect with the internet. I accessed the Adobe site and got advice about adjustments which I carried out and still LR6 couldn't find the internet.  Eventually after over a week of trying now LR6 has ceased working because I hadn't registered and I still haven't resolved the problem. I am still wondering 'what can be so complicated about registering a product?'  Can anyone help? (By the way I have had 2 telephone conversations with Adobe and visits to the web site also)
