What you're seeing is normal behavior. You can also do a test movie in Flash Pro, and it will work then too. It works because Flash sets up a temporary server.
I suspect it's a security related issue. In any case, don't worry, your file is ok, it's viewing HTML5 as local files that won't work.
I sent the files to Razorfish and they don't see the ad locally or
when they test it on their server. So they're bouncing it back to me
