    I have an "Activation Server Error - CODE E_ADEPT_INTERNAL"

      I try to erase authorisation as suggested but it will not allow me saying "Unable to erase authorisation..." I have had ADE on another computer & have transferred the files across but won't let me open them. I've also tried redownloading it again but to no avail! Please help!
