No. AE does not natively import 3D geometry. You need plug-ins for it. It's a moot point, anyway - just dumping models in a different render engine doesn't necessarily render faster. Understanding the intricacies of the render algorithms and choosing suitable settings is much more important and there is always a trade-off between quality and render times. That's just how it is. So rather than looking for magic buttons, you might want to watch some Blender tutorials.
What about cinema 4D lite that comes with After Effects?
Also I do know that the more you render the higher the quality and I am looking for a more optimized render engine.
C4D Lite does let you import 3d models and render them in AE, but if you want a really fast renderer, try a third-party plugin like Element or 3D Invigorator.
