    I think I have two adobe accounts. One is automatically installed with my Sony Reader and I also set up an account on my new computer. How do I uninstall the extra account so that I can download books from the public library?


      I learned that when I installed a Sony Reader on my computer that Adobe is included in the installation. However, in trying to figure out how to download books from the library, I also went to the Adobe website and set up an account thinking it would help. I get messages "Unable to open. No record for this loan is found on this machine" and "Copy not allowed. No permission to copy this book," Also, "The item has already been downloaded by another user." How do I deactivate the extra account and successfully download library books? Thanks for any help.
