To Resolve this issue
From Menu Select Go>>Go to folder>>Paste this "~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/"

You will see two or more users
Make sure all of them are set to "Read and Write" including your username
Also Click on + sign to make sure your user is added there.
Once done from Bottom Right click on the Pad lock again to save it

Repeat step 2
Hope this Helps
I've done everything you said but it didn't work. Those tabs still pop up every time I open Lightroom. I don't understand it
I also installed the trail version of Photoshop but that works fine.
Is there anything else I can do to fix it?
The error you posted in Screen shot appears when Lightroom cannot access the Adobe Folder in ~/Library and /Library
Please make sure you have Added all Users by Clicking "+" at the bottom right in Permissions in my previous post.
>>Go to Library/Application Support/Adobe/Lightroom and manually create all of the folders that it said it couldn't create
>>Else repair permissions using Disk utility
Choose Go > Utilities.
Double-click Disk Utility.
Select the volume in the left pane for which you want to repair permissions.
Click the First Aid tab.
Select the volume to which you want to install the Adobe application, and then click Repair Disk Permissions.
Hope that helps
I was seriously ready to give up but Lightroom finally works without anything popping up on my screen!
I really appreciate your time to help me out! You made my day, thank you very much!
Glad to help
Have a great day!
