Photoshop CS6 installer fails to initialize

I used the cleaner and thought it was going to install--I entered the key and the DVD spun for awhile saying it was calculating installation size or something and then I got this error:

Exit Code: 15

Jpd480 you responded to a discussion from 2012.  What specific Adobe application are you trying to install?  Do you receive any addition errors besides Exit Code: 15?  You can find details on how to locate the errors with the installation logs at Troubleshoot install issues with log files | CS5, CS5.5, CS6.  You are welcome to update this discussion with any errors which you discover.
