The Yes is based on Premiere Elements 10 on two different Windows 10 installs.
But, I have been finding that the problems of Premiere Elements version before Windows 10 are the same after the Windows 10 install.
So, if you were involved in the Premiere Elements 10/NVIDIA GeForce issue before, then you will be involved in it in Windows 10 that uses a NVIDIA GeForce card and are trying to use Premiere Elements 10 in that computer environment.
