    Please answer now. What is the problem with my account?  I have trled many times to find out from Adobe, but I can't seem to get through your cumbersome system to talk or chat to person.


      I need to know! What is wrong with my account?  I have received several pupup windows from Adobe that there is a problem.  If it is Credit Card, I can remedy that right away--please just tell me how.
