Does anyone know where i can find the RDS plugin for CFEclipse? I have been looking everywhere and cannot find it. All the links i find pointing to adobe labs are outdated.

You must use a utility like WinZip to open the executable file of the Flex 2.0 download to extract the RDS plugins. Or just reference this blog post:
