When I verify my adobe account my products are not listed. I can't find a way to communicate with adobe over this error anywhere. This is very frustrating. How can I get in contact with thes people? I can log in on my Adobe account, but when I next try to contact them to get help, I have to login again, and then get the message that ID and password don't match.
I solved the question with this link and the help of customer service. It turned out that a double account existed with differen ID's. Thanks kglad
