Can someone help me with this problem? I upgraded to Windows 10 on Sunday 8/9. I had no problems using LR the rest of Sunday or on Monday. Today Tuesday, 8/11, if I try to look at photos in a collection, it freezes (Not Responding). If I'm working in the Develop module and go to the library module and back to the Develop module it freezes. I tried restarting LR, restarting the computer and even uninstalled and reinstalled LR from the CC app. Still crashes.
Make sure you are running Lightroom CC 2015.1.1. There have been two updates since Lightroom CC 2015 was released, and the last one had changes specific to Windows 10. The next thing to try is to turn off GPU acceleration in your Lightroom preferences.
Had installed the updates. The problem was the GPU acceleration being checked in the Preferences. Thanks for your help!
