We have been running AMS for years, we recently switched to centOS from Windows. We used the same license key, but now all content is cut off at 10 minutes of playback time. When logging into the Admin console everything looks fine? We have tried entering the key in the console as well as in the ams.ini file with no luck. When we enter the license within the console we get a pop-up that states, "submitted for approval" after adding the new license key. We should note this is on a close network, but has been like this all along. This use to work just fine in Windows???? Any help would be greatly appreciated as this is a production issue.

It sounds like a licensing issue, you'll need to contact Adobe about it as I don't believe licenses carry over between operating systems.
