own idea of transparency - not conforming to what most software calls the

Yea. While their tech note search engine is excellent, the Web Forum search
engine leaves a lot to be desired (last I tried anyway).
You might find the Advanced Search at groups.google.com much better. Just put
macromedia.director.* in the groups to search in field.
