How do I open acrobat professional when it says a problem occurred with the licensing and it gives the message error 213.11? I have purchased and paid for this software and have been using it for a couple of years.
This mainly occurs when SLStore folder at C:\ProgramData\Adobe does not have permission to create a file. Write access is required to this folder at first launch. Please follow the steps in the KB Article below:
