I have not been using CC for very long and with my first problem I have found the support to be completely useless.
Do you see the Creative Cloud files folder?
@tip0 - There is a problem with public links (Send Link) that has been partially resolved. New links will work and we are working to resolve the problem with existing links (not all existing links are affected).
I looked at the file metadata for your account and see that at the top level you have 9 folders (containing files) under Files; and 1 file and a folder (containing files) in the Archive at https://assets.adobe.com/files?filter=archive. Please send me a forum Private Message or email me at firstname.lastname@example.org with a screenshot of the view you see from the Assets website. Are you using the file syncing feature? If so please send me a screenshot of the Creative Cloud Files folder on your computer.
