    Renew Subscription Error Creative Cloud Error continues

      I have been having this same error for 2 days. The chat support told me they could not help me, but did confirm my subscription is up-to-date (paid for 12 mos in March 2015). I've reinstalled all of the newest versions of Creative Cloud and the apps, and I am still getting the "renew your subscription" error window. What can be done about this? I have time-sensitive work to do and I can't open InDesign, Photoshop or Illustrator!
