I needed to delete my old certs (which I did and now have none at all) and create a new one with the correct email address, and when I try, it keeps giving me the error "passwords do not match". I updated my adobe online sign in and password but still can't create one. So what password is it comparing this to? What doesn't match? I CAN create the windows certificate store but not the PKCS#12 cert. PLEASE HELP? Even though I have 3 registered Adobe products, I called support and they won't help me..... Thx Adobe!!!
You must type the password twice on the same screen. If the screen is cut off, and you only see one password space, you need to change your screen resolution.
Also, this is unconnected to your Adobe ID password. You are creating a NEW password that applies only to the Digital ID. It cannot be recovered if lost.
