Why is "Hardware Accelerate Composition, Layer, and Footage Panels" greyed out? (i7-3770, GTX780, 16GB RAM)

I have the latest WHQL drivers from NVIDIA for the GTX780, all updates installed. Why is "Hardware Accelerate Composition, Layer, and Footage Panels" disabled in AE preferences? I can enable GPU accelerated ray-tracing, so AE clearly can access my GPU.

Here's my GPU information from Previews-preferences:

      Texture Memory: 768,00 MB
      Ray-tracing: GPU
