The image in Photoshop is a rendered image so lens profiles in the Camera Raw filter no longer apply. You can open the source raw image in Photoshop via the Camera Raw plugin and apply the profile before opening in Photoshop. Another alternative is to use the Lens Corrections filter in Photoshop.

In Photoshop you just need to open a raw image (e.g. .CR2 for Canon, .NEF for Nikon, .DNG, and so on depending on your camera model). The plugin dialog will appear and allow you to make adjustments before the image is opened in Photoshop.
