Is there any way to switch purchases to other accounts? When I bought Lightroom I accidentally typed in the account email@example.com (note there are three 's' in that email). However, the correct email account is firstname.lastname@example.org (note 2 's' in the correct email). We have contacted before and it has been a week since we have heard back or have made any progress. Please help.
This is a user-to-user forum. We don't have access to any accounts or records from Adobe. You could create a new Adobe account with the 3 s, or you will have to contact Adobe customer support again.
