When I try to open a video in my gmail account I get the request for storage on my computer. I deny and when the video opens the screen is Green and I can not see it the video. It really upsets me. Friends send me videos of their kids and stuff and I can not see them

I have tried all the help fixes and no good. I have worked on this for over a week, this old man is tired of trying and I am out of tries. Guessed I missed something easy. Please help me because I did not have this problem before I downloaded Windows 10. I can not get into PCHsearchandwin videos or most others from different websites. . I know that I agreed to the contract but I didn't know it prevented me from seeing my emails and videos sent to me and don't think that is legal? Please help.

David,

Does this only happen with Microsoft Edge?  If you go to the Edge menu and select "Open with Internet Explorer" does the video still appear green?

Thanks,
Chris

Thank you for response. Found it and ran it. Will look tomorrow to see if

it helped. The tool found no errors on all 4 pages.

I already did that and it didn't work either. Thanks for trying. It seems

that Adobe has better come up with a fix. It is my right to not have to

give others access to my computer in order to see videos that my family and

friends send me.
