Hello,

If this is on Windows 8.1 with Internet Explorer, Microsoft released a fix afternoon, please see https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/3089023.

Adobe Flash Player comes installed with Windows 10 (on my new computer, July 2017). The AFP system check says it's properly installed. When I click on my videos (I'm a teacher), an error msg says Adobe FP 9.0 must be installed to run my (Echo 360) videos. I'm shocked that Adobe has no convenient support for such initial installation-related problems. 😞

Please don't post the same issue multiple times to different discussion topics, especially to topics that are several years old as they most likely no longer apply due to many, many technological changes in both the Flash Player installer and browsers.  I see your post at Flash content not displaying on Windows 10 has been replied to be staff.  Please post all comments relating to your issue there.

Locking this discussion topic as it's several years old and any issues users are experiencing today will not be related to an issue from 2015
