Hello I'm using CC since 2 years,

Last week, I did the Windows 10 update.

today during the update CC for Windows 10 . It stop with error 46.

I did the uninstall of CC with the ACCCleanerTool. And upload the New Creative Cloud install from this site.

During the installation (I think during the download), it's the same problem : error 46.

Thanks to help me.

I have the same issue and it has nothing to do with Comodo, neither does disabling my security resolve the issue. This is not very convenient, and directions to switch off Comodo security is misleading, unnecessary and time wasting, though I appreciate it was originally done in good faith.

Can moderators amend threads that declare the issue is correctly resolved by disabling Comodo security, and instruct users that reinstallation is the correct method of correcting the error.

I had this issue twice after installing creative cloud and then photoshop. I didn't uninstall it but added the creative cloud app to my exclusions list in my Avast Antivirus software dashboard and tried it again and it was fine..
